Good Evening FAST Families,

We are getting excited for another great summer with FAST and we cannot wait to get everyone back on deck for the 2026 summer!

Our official first day of practice will be Tuesday, May 26 at Fork Union and we are looking forward to an exciting summer of swimming, team spirit, improvement, and fun!

Below are several important documents including:

We are also excited to offer FREE preseason warm-up sessions over the next three Saturdays at Fork Union from 4:30–5:30 PM:

• Saturday, May 9
• Saturday, May 16
• Saturday, May 23

These sessions are open to all swimmers registered for FAST in 2026 and will focus on helping swimmers who may have been out of the water for an extended period of time get ready for the summer. Please bring normal practice equipment such as a suit, cap, goggles, and a towel. Also, please use the Google Forms sign-up link below to let us know if you and your family plan to attend.
