The Fluvanna Aquatics Swim Team (FAST) is led by coaches who are passionate about teaching and helping swimmers grow. We offer improvement-focused, stroke technique based practices for swimmers ages 5–18 of all skill levels. Our goal is to challenge each athlete to set and achieve personal goals while having fun and building confidence in the water.

FAST competes in the Jefferson Swim League (JSL), alongside teams from the Charlottesville and Central Virginia area. Our dual and tri meets are typically held on Wednesday afternoons throughout the season, with our championship meet taking place at the end of July on a Friday and Saturday.

We’re proud to offer a fun, supportive team environment where swimmers can make friends, build skills, and enjoy everything summer swim has to offer.
