We have had a great start to the summer so far! I wanted to send out a few important updates and reminders for the week ahead.

Meet Registration is Open

Meet registration is now available online for all summer league meets. Please log in and register your swimmers for each meet under the "Meets & Events" tab. While registering your swimmers, you can also sign up for volunteer positions for the meets.

Please take a few minutes to review your family's availability and sign up for our meets this summer as soon as possible.

Stroke & Turn Official Training – Tonight at 7:00 PM

There is one final Stroke & Turn Official training session tonight at 7:00 PM.

We are still in need of Stroke & Turn Officials for the summer season. If you are interested in helping, please email both me and JSL Head Referee Locke Boyer as soon as possible to receive the zoom training invitation:

As an added incentive, FAST will reimburse $50 to any parent who becomes certified and serves as a Stroke & Turn Official for FAST at three or more meets this summer.

FAST Mock Meet, Gear Swap & Parent Meeting this Friday

Our annual FAST Mock Meet will be held this Friday afternoon at FUMA. All swimmers are invited to attend, regardless of whether Friday is normally one of their practice days.

Schedule:

• Date: 6/5/26
• Start Time: 5:15 PM (normal practice time)
• End Time: Approximately 7:00 PM

This is a great opportunity for new swimmers and families to learn how swim meets operate before our first official meet.

We will be hosting a team gear swap so please bring any old swim equipment, team apparel, or FAST gear that your family no longer uses and that another swimmer may be able to enjoy.

In addition, I will hold a parent meeting during the event to discuss the upcoming season and answer any questions you may have.

FAST Team Shirts

It is not too late to customize your swimmer's team shirt or order additional FAST shirts for family and friends.
