Hey FAST Families,

We are excited for tomorrow's swim meet!

Meet Location:
2100 Country Club Rd.
Culpeper, VA 22701

Arrival & Warm-Ups:
Our warm-up time is 5:20 PM, so please plan to have your swimmer arrive by 5:05 PM. This will give us time to check in, get organized, and be ready to enter the water promptly.

Team Attire:
Please make sure all swimmers arrive wearing:

• FAST swim cap
• 2026 FAST team t-shirt
• Plain navy swimsuit or FAST team suit

Volunteer Reminder:
We still need a few volunteers to help make this meet run smoothly. We are currently looking for:

• First-half timers
• Second-half timers
• Table workers
• Second-half sweep judges
• Second-half clerk worker

There is a possibility of storms tomorrow. Please keep an eye on your email throughout the day. I will send updates as needed regarding any weather-related delays, schedule changes, or cancellations.

I will also send out the heat sheet as soon as it has been finalized.

Please have swimmers check in with the FAST coaches upon arrival and stay near the team area throughout the meet so they don't miss their events.
