Hey FAST Families,

We are looking forward to tomorrow's swim meet!

Meet Location:
100 Allen Street
Gordonsville, VA 22942

Arrival & Warm-Ups:
Our warm-up time is 5:30 PM - 5:50 PM, so please plan to have your swimmer arrive by 5:15 PM. This will give us time to check in, get organized, and be ready to enter the water promptly.

Important Parking Information:
Due to construction at the pool, parking is extremely limited. Parking will be available at:

301 E Baker Street
Gordonsville, VA 22942

Families may drop off swimmers and equipment at the pool before parking. A shuttle van will be running between the parking area and the pool throughout the meet.

Team Attire:
Please make sure all swimmers arrive wearing:

- FAST swim cap
- 2026 FAST team t-shirt
- Plain navy swimsuit or FAST team suit

Volunteer Reminder:

Meet Theme:
This week's senior-chosen theme is "Secret Service"!

Think black sunglasses, earpieces, badges, or other secret agent accessories. Please do not wear a suit and tie, it will be much too hot for that!

Additional Information:

Shade is very limited around the pool deck, so please bring tents, umbrellas, chairs, water, and anything else needed to stay cool throughout the evening.

A BBQ food truck will be available, and concessions will also be open during the meet.

Please have swimmers check in with the FAST coaches upon arrival and stay near the team area throughout the meet so they don't miss their events.

Car Wash/Bake Sale Reminder:

Don't forget about our FAST Car Wash & Bake Sale Fundraiser this Saturday from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM!

A flyer is attached HERE, please help us spread the word by sharing it with friends, family, neighbors, and coworkers so that they stop by and see us.

We are asking families to bring baked goods for the bake sale and we will need lots of swimmers to help wash cars throughout the day. This fundraiser helps us keep our program costs low, we really appreciate your support!
