Hey FAST Families,

We are looking forward to tonight's swim meet! Meet info is attached below, I am sorry it is a day late this week.

Meet Location:
Fork Union Military Academy Estes Athletic Center
4744 James Madison Highway
Fork Union, VA 23055

Arrival & Warm-Ups:
Our warm-up time is 4:50 PM - 5:10 PM so please plan to have your swimmer arrive at 4:35 PM. This will give us time to check in, get organized, and be ready to enter the water promptly.

The meet will begin at 6:00 PM immediately following the National Anthem.

Team Attire:
Please make sure all swimmers arrive with their:

• FAST swim cap
• 2026 FAST team t-shirt
• Plain navy swimsuit or FAST team suit

Volunteer Reminder:
Thank you to everyone who signed up to help tonight! Please check the volunteer assignments and be sure to report to your position on time. We could not run these meets without your help.

There will be a brief break following the breaststroke events to switch first-half and second-half volunteers.

Meet Theme:
Tonight's senior-chosen theme is Tropical!

We may be swimming indoors, but we're bringing the tropical feeling with us. Feel free to wear your favorite Hawaiian shirts, leis, flower prints, sunglasses, or other tropical-themed accessories to show your team spirit. Have fun with it!

Please review the attached Fork Union facility information doc before arriving. It contains important information regarding parking, team areas, and campus policies.

Food & Concessions:
Tinsley's Food Truck will be on-site serving dinner, snacks, and drinks throughout the evening.

Additional Information:

• The heat sheet and entry spreadsheet are attached to this email.
  • The plan is to combine heats for the following events 12/13, 14/15, 16/17, 18/19, 20/21, 58/59. The lanes in each of these events are updated to reflect this.

• Please have swimmers check in with the FAST coaches upon arrival and stay near the team area throughout the meet so they don't miss their events.
