Hey FAST Families,

Sorry this email is going out a little later than usual! I've attached the results from Wednesday's home meet below.

I'm happy to announce that we came away with a win against Gordonsville and Louisa! On top of that, we had only four disqualified individual swims and just one disqualified medley relay, by far our lowest total of the season. We also had just over 80% of our swims recorded as either season-best times or first-time swims! I always love seeing our swimmers drop time and challenge themselves by trying new events at such a high rate. Great job, FAST Swimmers!

Please remember to go online and declare your swimmer(s) for our next meet before the weekend is over. Our next meet is at Louisa which is my favorite pool to visit! It's our only opportunity before Champsto compete in a yards pool. Every other pool we swim in, including FUMA, is a meters pool. Also, FAST has always swum well at Louisa and I'm excited to see that trend continue. I hope to see everyone at the meet!

Finally, just a reminder that there is no swim practice this afternoon.
