Hey FAST Families,

I wanted to send out one quick update before today's meet.

Due to a few additional swimmers being unable to attend, I had to make some adjustments to our relay lineups. I've attached the updated heat sheet and FAST team entry sheet below. Please note that no individual events are allowed to be changed so those swimmers are still in the meet but the relay updates are reflected in the attached documents.

One important note: we no longer will have a Girls 11–12 relay or a Boys 13–14 relay at today's meet.

Also, I want to make sure our families come prepared for the hot weather expected this afternoon. Be sure to pack plenty of water, electric fans, sunscreen, and shade (pop-up tents, umbrellas, etc.) if you have them. We want everyone to stay as comfortable as possible throughout the afternoon.
