Hey FAST Families,

We are going to have to cancel tonight's practice due to the storms moving through the area. The forecast shows the storms sitting right on top of us throughout our practice time. Please consider coming in for extra practices this week, either morning or afternoon, because I do not know how many practices we will be able to get in due to the projected weather.

We will still hold our iSwimFAST-a-Thon kickoff meeting tonight at 6:00 PM but it will now be held virtually through Google Meet. We encourage all swimmers and families to join so everyone can learn how the platform works and get everything set up before Thursday. For more info on the Swim-a-Thon and what we are raising money for, please read the email sent out last week HERE. I hope to see you all this evening at 6:00.

I will send out more information for tomorrow's meet against Greene Hills very soon. In the meantime I have some important info I would like to share with you all:

• It is a home meet @ FUMA.
• We will have the same 4:50 warmup time as our last meet.
• I have attached our entry sheet for tomorrow's meet below so families can review entries. Please note that the heats and lanes are not final so do not write those down yet.
