Hey FAST Families,

Great job at our meet last night! I will have our full meet recap and weekly info email sent out later this afternoon or tomorrow morning. In the meantime, I have attached the meet results below for anyone who would like to take a look.

JSL Championships Declaration Reminder

Right now, our biggest priority is getting everyone declared for JSL Champs.

If you have not yet declared whether your swimmer will be attending, please do so by the end of today. We are planning to complete and submit our championship entries tomorrow so we need everyone's availability before then.

JSL Championships is our biggest meet of the summer, the most exciting day of the season for our athletes, and what we have been building up to all summer long. Having all of our athletes attend helps us fill out all of our individual and relay spots and gives our team the best opportunity to compete. I hope to see every FAST swimmer there!

If transportation is the only thing preventing your swimmer from attending, please reach out to me. We are more than happy to help coordinate carpools so that everyone who wants to participate has the opportunity to do so.

JSL Championships Volunteer Sign-Up

Thank you to everyone who has already signed up to volunteer!

We are just a few positions away from having all of our volunteer spots filled. We are currently looking for:

• 11–12 Session Meet Marshal
• 8 & Under Session Timer
• 9–10 Session Timer
• 9–10 Session Lost & Found Volunteer

A few notes:

• We must have this filled by tomorrow so if you are able to help, please sign up sooner rather than later.
• Please do not sign up for any Team Leader positions on Saturday, those will be filled by our junior coaches.
• The Lost & Found volunteer helps collect any items left in the FAST team area and turns them in to the meet's Lost & Found at the end of the session.
• All meet volunteers will be allowed to leave their station and go to the deck if they are not already on the deck to watch their kids swim.
