I hope you're all having a great Friday! I know this is a long email but there is lots of important info below so please take a moment to make sure you read it.

JSL Champs

Thank you to everyone attending Champs next weekend!

I have attached the following documents below:

• Champs Relay Entries

• Champs Participants
• Champs Absences
• Swimmers Ineligible for Championships (did not meet the two-meet requirement)

Please look these over carefully and email me as soon as possible if you have any questions, notice an error, or need a last-minute change. I am able to make edits until tonight, so the sooner I hear from you, the better.

I also want to share my excitement for champs this year. This is the largest Champs turnout we've had since I started coaching FAST in 2021 and I couldn't be more excited to watch everyone swim next weekend!

iSwimFAST-a-Thon Tonight

Just a reminder that our Swim-a-Thon is tonight!

Everyone is welcome to participate regardless of how much money they raised, and there is no registration or sign-up required.

Swim times are:

• 10 & Under: 5:15–6:15 PM
• 11 & Over: 6:15–7:15 PM

One additional reminder: please be mindful of today's air quality. Even though FUMA is an indoor facility, swimmers with asthma or who are sensitive to poor air quality should use caution and participate only if they feel comfortable.

Goochland Drive-In Movie Night

Our team outing to the Goochland Drive-In Theater is tomorrow!

There are only 6 tickets remaining for the Toy Story 5 and Moana double feature in the Grove section. If you're planning to attend, I encourage you to purchase your tickets soon.

Last Wednesday's Meet

Congratulations to all of our swimmers on a great final meet!

Thank you to all of our volunteers who helped last night and throughout the season. I truly appreciate everything you did to make this season a success. 

This was the first time since FAST was founded in 2006 that we hosted all three of our home meets at our own pool instead of having to rent another facility. I couldn't be more proud of how smoothly everything went and I'm excited to continue building on what we learned this season.
