Hey FAST Families,

We're holding a make-up practice tonight from 6:30-7:30 p.m. to make up for yesterday's canceled practice. All swimmers of all age groups are invited to attend and everyone will practice together from 6:30–7:30 p.m.

Tonight's focus will be preparing our starts, turns, and finishes for champs this weekend. Our 8 & Under swimmers will primarily work on starts and finishes, while our 9 & Older swimmers will focus on starts and turns. Both groups will also spend a significant amount of time practicing relay exchanges. If we have a strong turnout, we'll be able to practice relay starts with the teammates they'll be swimming relays with this weekend.

We will also have the colored wristbands our swimmers need for deck access at Champs. We'll begin putting them on after practice this evening and after practice tomorrow evening. Please help us make sure our swimmers keep their wristband on until after they have finished competing at Champs.
