JSL Championship weekend is here! We are excited to see all of our FAST swimmers finish off an incredible summer season at Champs this Friday and Saturday at the Brooks Family YMCA.

Warmup and Arrival Times

Please plan to arrive at the listed arrival time so swimmers can check in with coaches and be ready for warm-ups.

• Friday Morning (Ages 11–12) Arrival Time: 9:45 AM. Warm-Up: 10:15 AM
• Friday Afternoon (Ages 13 & Older) Arrival Time: 1:30 PM. Warm-Up: 2:00 PM
• Saturday Morning (8 & Under) Arrival Time: 8:15 AM. Warm-Up: 8:45 AM
• Saturday Afternoon (Ages 9–10) Arrival Time: 12:45 PM. Warm-Up: 1:15 PM

Live Results

JSL Champs will not be on Meet Mobile this year. Live results will be available through SwimTopia. If you haven't already, use the flyer HERE to download the SwimTopia app so you can follow results throughout the meet.

Volunteer Information

Thank you to everyone who signed up to volunteer during Champs! Parking passes for JSL Champs volunteers have either already been emailed or should be arriving today so keep an eye on your inbox.

Please double check your assigned volunteer role and arrival time before the meet. The league assesses penalties for teams with unfilled or late volunteer positions, so arriving on time is greatly appreciated.

Final Practice Tonight

Tonight is our final practice before Champs, I hope to see you all there!

• 10 & Under: 5:15–6:15 PM
• 11 & Older: 6:15–7:15 PM

Meet Day Reminders

• Wear your FAST team shirt.
• Bring your team suit, navy suit, or tech suit as well as a spare.
• Bring your goggles (an extra pair is always a good idea), towels, sunscreen, water, and snacks.
• If your swimmer becomes sick or is unable to attend, please let me know as soon as possible, especially if they are swimming on a relay.

End-of-Season Banquet

Don't forget our FAST Team Banquet is this Sunday, the day after Champs, at the Pleasant Grove Pole Barn.
