Hey FAST Families,

I hope everyone has had a chance to relax after a great finish to our summer season! I had a great time working with everyone this summer, and I hope to see many of you back in the pool this fall and winter.

If you're considering year-round swimming, our fall, winter, and spring team is the Fluvanna branch of BASS, a USA Swim team. Unlike FAST's weekly Jefferson Swim League meets, BASS typically competes about once a month. We have similar practice focuses with the goals of building technique and endurance but it is done in a more relaxed schedule.

If you were unable to attend our team banquet, I'll be at Fluvanna High School today from 12:00-3:00 PM and 4:00-7:00 PM with any awards that were not picked up.
